Expertise, experience, and passion. Happy Hearts founders Stefanie and Sonia have been working professionally with people for over 15 years. Stefanie is a talented organizer and an experienced international event manager, having planned high-end weddings in St. Moritz, Tegernsee, the USA, and the UK. Sonia owns a corporate training and coaching company and has a special talent for balancing individual needs while incorporating the unique personality of your child into the event. Stefanie and Sonia know how to create magical moments, they are perfectionists, and - most importantly - mothers of two children each. Wherever you like! We organize events at your home, in rented venues, in parks, or at other special locations. If you haven’t found a venue yet, we are happy to help you find the perfect spot. Our main focus is Munich and the surrounding areas. However, we are well-connected and experienced travelers. Just get in touch with us!

When Should We Book the Event?
The earlier, the better! Popular dates (especially weekends) get booked quickly.
How Does Working with You Look Like?
After a free initial consultation to get to know each other, we schedule a detailed brainstorming session to understand your and your child's wishes for the event. Beforehand, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to help us prepare. Then, our team jumps into the creative process and develops a concrete concept and plan for your event. Once you give us the green light, we begin organizing and bringing your vision to life.
On the day of the event, at least one team member will be on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you've booked our post-event services, such as sending thank-you notes to guests, we’ll take care of that too - so you don’t have to worry about a thing!
What Happens if It Rains or Something Unexpected Comes Up?
No stress - we always have a Plan B! If your event was planned outdoors, we will provide a weather-proof alternative. For any other unforeseen challenges, we will quickly and smoothly find a solution.
